Product Refund And Return Policy
We always make sure that all of our customers are 100% happy with their Vastushastrapro. That is why we offer a replacement or return within the first 5 days of purchase. Our 5-day return policy means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
We only accept returns if the product you received:
- Is in a damaged condition
- Is missing parts
- Is a different product than the one you ordered

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
If you don’t want replacement: We don’t provide refunds by cash or UPI or bank account on any return. We charge a ₹100 processing fee and credit you the return amount as a discount code that can be used on Vastushastrapro for your next order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Invalid Reasons
We cannot honor reasons such as buyer no longer wanting the items. The buyer should make sure s/he wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. Buyer should be confident that s/he is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
